Orders is a feature in CounterGo that allows you to stay organized and track which Quotes will be going forward, as well as the details of the Quote and Payment history.
PAYMENTS
When a Quote is converted to an Order, a Payments section is created to track deposits, payments and refunds all in one place.
ORDER VIEWS
The default Orders View shows important summary information like Sale Date, Total Price and total Square Feet. Like Quote Views, Orders Views can be customized.
TRANSFER TO SYSTEMIZE
If you also use Systemize, you can create a Job directly from an Order and automatically pull in relevant details without having to re-enter information. You can quickly see total Price, Square Feet, Material & Color, Splash, Edge and Sinks.
