Create An Account

If you work with builders or dealers, you'll want to create an Account for each so you can assign your Quotes to those Accounts.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Accountsaccount settings
  2. Click the +Create button.create new account
  3. Enter your Account Name. (If you work with big box stores, create an account for each store.)name account
  4. Enter the Account Address for the main contact and the business address, and then +Contacts to add names and contact info for any other people you work with at the company. For example, you might have cell numbers for a couple of different Project Managers who work for a particular builder. You can also click on the Price List to assign a Tax Rate or Discount to quotes made on this Account. account set up
  5. Click the Edit icon for the Account Info to Assign a default Salesperson or to set the address default for quotes. account info
