Move A Standalone Quote Or Order To An Existing Account

Need to move a Quote from Standalone into an Account? It's easy to move Quotes and Orders to existing Accounts.
If you also use Systemize, a Standalone Quote or Order must be in an Account before it can create a Job directly from the Quote or Order.
  1. Open the Quote or Order and click Edit icon in the Quote or Order Info area.
  2. Click Move to Account icon.
  3. If you know the Account name, you can type it into the box to select. Or, click the More icon to see a list of all your Accounts.
  4. Select the Account and cick Save then Save again.
