Add A Systemize User To CounterGo

If you want a Systemize User to create and edit CounterGo Quotes, they need to be a CounterGo User.

You can give a Systemize User permission to only view and print CounterGo Quotes without being a CounterGo User. A Systemize Admin user needs to modify the User's Systemize Role.

If you are in Systemize, switch over to CounterGo before you start to add the User. The User must be added in CounterGo.

1. Switch from Systemize to CounterGo by clicking on CounterGo from the left side menu.
2. In CounterGo, go to Settings > User & Roles > Users.
3. Click +Create.
4. Select "Add existing Systemize user as a new CounterGo user".
5. Select the Systemize user from the drop-down list.
6. Under Permissions, select a Role and Save.
