Show Or Hide Line Items On Quotes

Are there some line items you want included in a Quote or Order, but you don't need those items and prices to show when printing or emailing?

Set which line items will show or be hidden in a Quote or Order in the Price List, regardless of whether you are displaying the prices by Line Item, by Subtotal or Total. 

By default, all products in a Price List are set to Show Item On Quote. If hidden items have a price entered, it is still included in the total price even though it does not show as a line item.

1. Select the Price List to modify and click the Edit icon across from Revisions to open the Price List.
2. Click the Update Multiple button.
3. Select Set Hide on Quote.
4. Check the items to hide, or uncheck items to show, then Save.
5. Save the Price List.
6. Hidden items are displayed in grey in Step 6 Price Details but are not displayed at all when printing or emailing.
