Viewing or Canceling an Emailed Quote

Once a quote has been emailed from CounterGo, it's still possible to view the original email and view the quote contents you sent. 

You can also cancel/invalidate the quote if you made a mistake. Note: the customer will still receive the email, however the quote link will no longer work.

  1. Click the email date link (under the drawing) to see options pertaining to the sent email.click on email link
  2. In the "Body" you will see the email that was sent.inactivate link
  3. The printer icon will show you the actual quote they received in PDF format.
  4. To inactivate/expire an emailed quote, click Inactivate Link.

Note: the customer can still click the link, but will see this:

quote has been marked inactive
