Viewing or Canceling an Emailed Quote
Once a quote has been emailed from CounterGo, it's still possible to view the original email and view the quote contents you sent.
You can also cancel/invalidate the quote if you made a mistake. Note: the customer will still receive the email, however the quote link will no longer work.
- Click the email date link (under the drawing) to see options pertaining to the sent email.
- In the "Body" you will see the email that was sent.
- The printer icon will show you the actual quote they received in PDF format.
- To inactivate/expire an emailed quote, click Inactivate Link.
