Show Or Hide Prices

Want to show only subtotals or a total when printing or emailing  Quotes and Orders? Prefer to show a price for each line item?

You can edit your Quote & Order Forms to display pricing for all line items, show or hide line items with $0 amounts, only show subtotals and totals, show only a total, or show no price at all. If you need a few different Forms, you can quickly duplicate a Form and then make any changes you want, keeping the original as it is.

1. Go to Settings > Quote & Order > Forms > click on the Form to edit.
2. Click in the line item Field.
3. In the area Show Prices For, select how you want to display prices when printing or emailing.
