Re-Order Price Lists For A Specific Account

Do you have Accounts that use more than one Price List? Use Custom Order to specify the drop-down list display order when creating a Quote in an Account with multiple Price Lists. The Re-order Price Lists menu only appears if multiple Price Lists are assigned to the Account.

Specifying an order for an Account only changes the display for that Account. To change the default order for all Price Lists see Related Articles below.

1. Go to Settings > Account > Accounts > click on the Account name.
2. Under the listed Price Lists click on any number in the Sequence column.
3. Check Custom Order.
4. Click, hold and drag the double sided arrows to rearrange the Price List order.
