Check For Bounced Emails
If an email has been marked as spam by your customer you will get a "406 error" when trying to email them a Quote.
- You can check for emails that have a hard bounce by going to Settings > Quote > Bounced Email.
- Here you can see the Bounce Type, as well as the Details like "marked as spam" or "email address could not be found".
- If you have an email address that generates a Hard Bounce for spam and you need to send a Quote, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address you need us to reset.
