Check For Bounced Emails
Are you getting a "406 error" when trying to email a Quote or Order? You'll get that error if a previous email has been marked as spam by your customer.
In CounterGo you can check for Bounced Emails and whether they are due to an incorrect email address, or if they were marked as spam.
If the Details of a Hard Bounce indicate your email was marked as spam, email us at email@example.com with the email address you need us to reset.
- Go to Settings > Quote & Order > Bounced Email and click on the Check for bounced email button at the top.
- Here you can see the Bounce Type, as well as the Details if it was marked as spam or if the email address, or mailbox, could not be found.
