Check For Bounced Emails

If an email has been marked as spam by your customer you will get a "406 error" when trying to email them a Quote.

  1. You can check for emails that have a hard bounce by going to Settings > Quote > Bounced Email.

  2. Here you can see the Bounce Type, as well as the Details like "marked as spam" or "email address could not be found".
  3. If you have an email address that generates a Hard Bounce for spam and you need to send a Quote, email us at with the email address you need us to reset.
