Check for "Hard Bounce" emails
If an email has been marked as "spam" by your customer you will get a 406 error when trying to email them a quote.
- You can check for emails that have a hard bounce by going to Settings > Quote > Bounced Email
- Here you can see the Bounce Type as well as the Details (marked as spam, email address could not be found)
- If you have an email address that generates a Hard Bounce for spam and you need to send a quote, email us at email@example.com with the email address you need us to reset.
