What Transfers From A CounterGo Quote To Systemize?

Systemize Jobs can be created from a CounterGo Quote without first converting the Quote to an Order.

When a Job is created directly from a Quote, Customer and Account information will transfer over, but Quote information like Price, Material, Color, Square Feet, Splash and Edge will not. That information must be manually entered into a Job Form like Area (Room) Details.

  • The Quote Address will become the Job Address. The Quote Contact information will become the Job Contact information.
