View User Audit Log
It is sometimes useful to review the changes made by a specific CounterGo User. You can view the Change Log for a specific User, Quote or Account.
- Go to Settings > Users & Roles > Users and click on a User.
- Click the View Change Log button.
- You can scroll down through the changes or use the Find function in your browser to look for the name of a Quote or some other detail.
- Click the Options button if you want to broaden or narrow your Search.
- Select the number days and/or the action you're searching for. Click Apply.
- Notice the Search results are now much more focused.
