Assign Form Usage For Quotes Or Orders

Need to use certain Forms for Quotes and different ones for Orders? Are there some that are used for both? You can designate if a Form is to be used for printing Quotes, Orders, or both. By setting the Usage for a Form, that determines if it will appear in the drop-down list as an option when you go to print or email.


  1. Go to Settings > Quote & Orders > Forms > open the Form to change.
  2. Click on the Edit Form Template icon.
  3. Form the Usage drop-down list, select if the Form is to be used for Quotes, Orders, or both Quotes & Orders.
