Assign Forms For Quotes Or Orders
Need to use certain Forms for Quotes and different ones for Orders? Are there some that are used for both? You can designate if a Form is to be used for printing Quotes, Orders, or both. By setting the Usage for a Form, that determines if it will appear in the drop-down list as an option when you go to print or email.
- Go to Settings > Quote & Orders > Forms > open the Form to change.
- Click on the Edit Form Template icon.
- Form the Usage drop-down list, select if the Form is to be used for Quotes, Orders, or both Quotes & Orders.
