Are you looking for help with CounterGo? Not sure where to start or if there is a fee?

Every CounterGo User, regardless of their role, has free and unlimited access to help. Every User can access the CounterGo Knowledge Base, email us, or call our friendly CounterGo experts.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

Each Moraware product has a direct link to its Knowledge Base.

  • From the left side navigation, click Help, then Articles & Videos.access countergo help from the left side navigation
  • The Knowledge Base is divided into categories, click on any category to open.

BROWSER

Type countergohelp.moraware.com into any browser to navigate to the Knowledge Base.access knowledge base by typing countergohelp.moraware.com into a browser

EMAIL

Email can be sent directly from where you are in the Knowledge Base.

  • Click Help in the lower right corner, then Contact Us in the upper right corner.send an email from within the countergo knowledge base
  • Or email support@moraware.com from the email app of your choice.
