Show/Hide Zero Dollar Line Item Prices

Do you have line items that you do not charge for, that you want to show a zero dollar entry when printing and emailing CounterGo Quotes and Orders? CounterGo Forms now have the option to show or hide the zero dollar amount for the line item.

By default, line items with a charge of zero will not display a price. To show a price of $0.00 in the itemized list, edit the CounterGo Form.

For the $0.00 price to appear, zero must be entered as a price. If no price is entered, the missing information error will appear.

1. Go to Settings > Quote & Order > Forms.
2. Click on the Form name to edit.
3. Click inside the Quote & Order Lines Field to edit.
4. Check or uncheck Display $0 Amounts.
