Add Text Line Items To A Quote

Do you need to add some additional information to a Quote under the Line Items? Add Text Items using the Other Items Menu in Step 6.

There is a 1000 character limit when adding Text Items.

Text Items can be hidden on Quotes so they are not visible when printed or emailed, and  re-ordered among added miscellaneous Other Items.

Added Text Items can not be re-ordered within Price Line items.

1. In Step 6, click the Add Other Items icon next to any Area.
2. Select Add Text Item.
3. Enter the text, select the Area to place the text > Save.
