How Waterfalls & Mitered Cuts Are Calculated

Are you wondering how  Waterfall and Mitered Edges prices are calculated when adding them in Step 3? And how to enter your prices in the Price List?

Prices for  Mitered Cuts and Waterfall Installation can be added to the Price List, or manually entered in Step 6. 

Waterfall Material pricing is calculated based on the price of the Material selected in Step 5. Material pieces will be created and shown in Area & Slab Layout in Step 5.

The total Linear Feet of the Mitered Cuts in Step 6 includes the edge between adjacent Mitered Cuts and Waterfalls.

If you only charge for one cut, enter half the amount for Mitered Cuts in the Price List. For example, if you charge $40 per linear foot for only one cut, enter $20 for Mitered cuts in the Price List. If you charge for both cuts, then enter the full price, $40 in this example, for Mitered Cuts in the Price List.

The  Mitered Edge feature adds up the linear feet for the Mitered Cuts on all pieces and the shortest edge of any adjacent pieces.

When a  CounterGo Order is converted to a Systemize Job, the imported Order Information includes the total Material needed for the countertop, and the Mitered Cuts total.
