Add A Seam To A Countertop

Ready to indicate where seams will be on a countertop? In Step 5 you can define where to place seams in your countertop.

By default, seams are perpendicular to the Default Counter Depth edge of a countertop, whether it is drawn left to right, right to left, top to bottom, or bottom to top. The Default Depth can be changed under Settings.

At this time, butterfly seams are not possible.

1. In Step 5 Click on Area & Slab Layout.
2. Click on the countertop and select Define Seams.
3. Click inside the countertop at the approximate position of the seam.
4. Click Save.
5. Arrange the cut pieces on the Slab, click on any piece once for the submenu to rotate.
