      CG Role: Full User

      This article shows the suggested settings for a Role called Full User.

      This Role is designed for a typical User that needs to create and edit Quotes but doesn't need to edit the Price List or any Administrative settings.

      To create a Role for a User who needs Admin and Price List privileges, see CG role: Full User + Price Lists And Settings.

       

      CREATE FULL USER  ROLE:

      1. Go to Settings > Users & Roles > Roles > click the Create button from the top menu.
      2. Name the new Role > add a description of who this Role will be useful for (optional).
      3. Check the boxes listed in the image to create this Role > Save.
