Create Or Edit User Roles

You can easily create Roles or edit existing ones to control user access to create, read, update or delete Accounts, Quotes, Orders or Price Lists. When creating new Users or editing existing Users, your Roles will show in the drop-down list under Permissions.

  1. Go to Settings > Users & Roles > Roles > +Create for a new Role, or click on the name of an existing Role to make changes.
  2. Scroll down through AccountsQuotesPrice Lists, and Administration and check the box for the permissions you would like to assign to the Role.
