      Make A Price List Inactive

      Have a Price List that is not going to be used anymore but you want to preserve the list? Once a Price List is used on a Quote, it can not be deleted but it can be marked Inactive to prevent using it in the future.
      1. Click on the Price Lists > click on the Name of the Price List to edit.
      2. Click on Settings from the submenu.
      3. At the top, click on Active next to Status.
      4. Select Inactive then Update List State.
