Price Lists Video: Introduction

OBJECTIVES

  • What is a Price List?
  • What's in a Price List?
  • Should I have more than one Price List?

TRANSCRIPT:

Hi, This is Evan from Moraware!

Let’s take a minute to talk about Pricing. A Price List is exactly what it sounds like, a place to store everything that goes into a Quote, and how much you charge. Look at the Retail Price List provided and you’ll see CounterGo has most of the common items already built-in; materials, edges, fab & install, sinks, cutouts, and more.

Don’t see items that you charge for? There is a way to add those too.

We recommend you start with one Price List, to track all your prices in one place. You’ll need to update each list when you have changes, so using the minimum number will save you time. It’s easy to apply discounts automatically or manually in any Quote or Order if you need to.

You can quickly set what items should show on a Quote or Order, which ones can be manually changed, which are allowed to be discounted, and which items are taxable.

Check out our other videos for detailed steps to get your Price List set up. And you can always call or email one of our friendly CounterGo experts if you have questions.

Thanks for stopping by!
