Print Or Email Two Quotes At Once
Need to print two copies of a Quote or Order at once - one copy for the customer to keep, and one to sign and return?
Create a Quote & Order Form that has two copies of the same information in one Form. This same Form can be chosen when emailing a customer too.
When editing Quote & Order Forms, duplicating the Form allows for a "backup" original copy. It's also saves time, no need to add all Fields manually. The article Duplicate A Quote Or Order Form has the step-by-step instructions.
- Go to Settings > Quote > Forms.
- Click the underlined Name of the Form to edit.
- Click the Add Field icon > Select Page Break > click hold and drag the new Page Break Field to the bottom of the page.

- Click Add Field to additional Fields to appear at the top of the second copy.
In this example, a Static Image field is used for the logo next to a Static Text Field for the address to recreate the Header. - Added Fields usually appear near the top of the Form, click, hold, and drag the Fields to arrange them below the Page Break.
