Want to show only subtotals or a total when printing or emailing Quotes and Orders? Prefer to show a price for each line item?
You can edit your Quote & Order Forms to display pricing for all line items, show or hide line items with $0 amounts, only show subtotals and totals, show only a total, or show no price at all. If you need a few different Forms, you can quickly duplicate a Form and then make any changes you want, keeping the original as it is.
- Go to Settings > Quote & Order > Forms > click on the Form to edit.
- Click in the line item Field.
- In the area Show Prices For, select how you want to display prices when printing or emailing.
