Do you use the Desktop edition of QuickBooks for PC? After you set up your CounterGo QuickBooks Integration and export Orders, you will need to run the QuickBooks Web Connector. Why? Because QuickBooks Desktop runs on your computer, and CounterGo is web-based. QuickBooks designed a way for the PC version of their desktop software and web-based software to talk to each other, the Web Connector.
The QuickBooks Web Connector does not support QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

- Export an Order or Orders and note the status changes to Waiting For QuickBooks.
- In QuickBooks, go to to File > Update Web Services > Check the box next to CounterGo then Update.
