Video: Create & Use Custom Cutouts In Price Lists & Quotes

TRANSCRIPT:

Welcome! This video shows you how to add custom Other Cutouts to a CounterGo Price List, one-time Other Cutouts created directly in a Quote, and how to use both in Step 4.

Let’s begin with the Price List. Click on Price list from the left nav, the name of the Price List to edit, then click the Edit Price List button.

Select Cutouts from the side navigation, then Other Cutouts. Click the Add Other Cutout button, enter a Name, Price, Shape, and Dimensions and Save.

One-time Other Cutouts is enabled by default, for creating cutouts directly within a Quote without saving them to the Price List. If you don’t use Other Cutouts, uncheck the box.

When different Materials have different prices for the same Cutout, click Add Specific Material Price. Choose to create different prices for Material Types, or for specific Materials. After saving, enter prices under the new Other Cutout.

When you’re done, save the Price List.

Now let’s use Other Cutouts in a Quote.

Open or create a Quote, navigate to Step 4 and click on a countertop.

From the pop-up menu, select Add Other Cutout. A saved Custom Cutout can be chosen from the Price List options, or a one-time cutout can be created on the spot by clicking the Custom icon and entering the details.

Once added, a cutout can be moved by clicking and holding. A single click on the cutout opens options to edit its properties, rotate, duplicate, or delete it.

In Step 6, the Other Cutout will appear as named in the itemized Quote.
