View User Audit Log

It is sometimes useful to review the changes made by a specific CounterGo User. You can view the Change Log for a specific User, Quote or Account. 

1. Go to Settings > Users & Roles > Users and click on a User.
2. Click the View Change Log button. 
3. You can scroll down through the changes or use the Find function in your browser to look for the name of a Quote or some other detail.
4. Click the Options button if you want to broaden or narrow your Search.
5. Select the number days and/or the action you're searching for. Click Apply.
6. Notice the Search results are now much more focused.
