Need to remove a User form CounterGo but not Systemize? You can delete a User in CounterGo to prevent access to CounterGo while keeping them as a Systemize User.
When a User is removed from CounterGo, the number of Active Users and Licensed Users may not match temporarily. The number of Active Users will still show as the revised count, and the number of Licensed Users will update at the end of the billing cycle. You will not be billed for disabled or deleted Users.
- Go to Settings > Users & Roles > Users > click on the User Name to remove.
- Click on the Remove icon.
- Confirm to remove the User from CounterGo but not Systemize by clicking Delete.
